About Infinity Labs R&D

Infinity Labs R&D is a research and development company that has changed the rules of the game and redefined how a career, new skills, and knowledge, are obtained for roles in Software Development.

Our unique methodology developed in-house shifts the focus from the "study subject" to the "way to study" and thus gives the graduates universal tools that work across technologies and are timeless. These tools allow them to stay relevant, up to date and build a solid career that is dependent solely on their own capabilities.

Infinity Labs R&D aims to bring about change that will lead to excellence and therefore we are looking for hard-working, high-value and determined people, with whom we will build successful, long-term and fascinating careers in the world of software development.

Our business model is based on partnership: the training program is provided at our expense for suitable participants – only when you are successfully accepted for a software development job, do we receive a return in our investment in you, and are able to maintain a profitable model. Our success is equal only to your success!

Our intensive training program is 32 weeks, 5 days a week, 08:30-18:30 and requires a lot of investment.

Moving from passive to active learning.

We fully understand that knowledge does not exist in one person’s mind. The ability to acquire knowledge and apply it is everywhere. The most important skill is knowing how to find it and use it correctly.

Our career paths are based on a study method (Infinity Mentored Social Learning™️ (IMSL)) that we developed in-house - a method that focuses on developing high autodidactic abilities in order to remain up-to-date and accurate in an industry that changes at a fast pace.

The training program takes place in groups of 14 people, to recreate the working environment of an industry development team, led by a mentor who is the head of the team. This accelerates the learning process and equips participants with the skills required to seamlessly enter and excel in the industry from their first day on the job.

Hands-on learning

The entire training program is hands-on and project-based - each project has a deadline and a very high level of delivery requirements needed to complete it successfully.

Each project develops and sharpens the participant's self-learning abilities and harnesses the power of a strong, carefully selected group to maximize the understanding and abilities of everyone in the group.

While working on a project you will learn how to research effectively and ask yourself the right questions, to be ready to then carry out the actual project. Hours and hours of writing code and receiving feedback from the mentors and the team will enable you to provide products at a higher level than required in the industry.

When you start working after our training program, you will know how to approach and break down any unfamiliar problems in a methodical and effective way, and you will not need additional courses and trainings programs later on.

Spiral learning

Spiral learning is the ability to carry out all stages of a task and review the results in a way that allows for continuous improvement.

Each process is characterized by the following stages: Challenge - Research - Experiment - Apply - Test - Evaluate.

Once the products have been evaluated, we return to the beginning and complete the whole process of all the stages again to improve and refine the products ensuring that the level of delivery we provide is as high as possible.
